The purpose of this article is to outline all of the required steps a Syndigo user must complete in order to successfully manage Syndigo Verified data through the Syndigo Platform. We recommend following the steps outlined below for streamlined product setup for both new and existing items.

 

Physical Item Verification Steps for Both New and Existing Items

  1. Submit your items to our warehouse.
  2. Set up email alerts to be notified when an item is verified.
  3. Learn how to navigate the Marketplace.
  4. Know the differences between the Marketplace and the Products tabs.
  5. Navigate the Marketplace Recipients tab to know who is pulling your content.
  6. Exporting Content: Adding to the Product Index.
  7. Exporting Content: Downloading content from the Marketplace.

 

Foodservice Physical Content for Both New and Existing Items

  1. Intro to Foodservice Physical Content 
  2. Fill out Foodservice Form
  3. Ship in Foodservice product
    • Include Syndigo Product Processing form in the package before you ship it.
    • Send products to the capturing facility.
