Users can configure email alerts to be notified of changes in key eCommerce reports, the approval and/or rejection of Enhanced Content, and status updates for the Syndigo Content Verification process (Intake).
To Create Email Alerts:
- From the top right drop down options, select the user icon and click Alerts. Previously created alerts are listed in the table.
- Click Create New, and populate the information below:
Status Update Options:
- Sites - Select which sites you wish to receive email alerts for.
- Status Change - Select which status change to monitor:
- Change in Promotion - Live Site Product has a change in promotion state.
- Lost Buy Box - Live Site Product is no longer being sold by the first-party seller and may be out of stock or sold by a third-party seller.
- Page 1 Drops - Live Site Product is no longer listed on Page 1 for a search term on a specific Retailer Site.
- Price Movement - Live Site Product has a change in listed price.
- Enhanced Content Approval - enhanced content collection for a product has been approved.
- Enhanced Content Rejection - Enhanced Content collection for a product has been rejected.
- Syndigo-Verified Shipment Received - Enabling this alert notifies the recipient(s) that the Intake shipment process is complete and processing of the items has started.
- Syndigo-Verified Process Complete - Enabling this alert notifies the recipient(s) that the items have been processed through Intake and are available in the account’s Marketplace.
- Note: A list of UPCs will queue for a 24 hour period so that a user will only receive one email per day for this alert type.
Email Alert Settings:
- Enter an Alert Name. This name will be used to identify this specific alert setting in Syndigo.
- Select who will receive this alert by searching/scrolling through the existing contacts, or manually entering an email address.
