Download attribute spreadsheets and/or assets for multiple products
Product Content (attributes) and Assets (images) that are accessible in the Syndigo Marketplace can be downloaded into a customized spreadsheet/folder for use outside of the Syndigo platform. This download can be performed for one or more products.
Product content can be downloaded in its standard state, or by the requirements.
- From the lefthand navigation panel, navigate to Marketplace > Marketplace Products, or,
- Marketplace > Purchased Products.
- Use the filters and/or search tools to select the product(s) you wish to download. Click Download.
- In the pop-up window that appears, the selected products are listed in one of the following sections:
- New Products – The available Product Content/Assets for these products have never been downloaded out of the active Syndigo account. For accounts that have purchased a limited number of download “credits”, the details of that credit balance are displayed along with the number of credits that will be deducted for the download.
- Purchased Products – The available Product Content/Assets for these products have previously been downloaded from the Syndigo Marketplace by a user in the active account. Accounts that have purchased a limited number of download “credits” will not be “charged” to re-download these products.
- Confirm your selected products and click Continue.
- From the Marketplace Product Download screen, users are guided through a 4 step process to create a customized download:
- Step 1: Product Content – “Product Content” refers to the attributes that are associated with the selected products (excluding assets/images).
- To include Product Content in your download, select “Yes” where prompted and choose a Product Content template from the dropdown.
- If you are only interested in download Assets/Images, select “No” and continue to the next step.
- Step 2: Asset Templates - Asset Templates determine which assets are included in the download, as well as the specifications for those assets.
- To include Assets/Images in your download, select “Yes” where prompted. If you are only interested in downloading Product Content (attributes), select “No” and move to the next step.
- To apply a single Asset Template to all images in the download, select “Yes” where prompted. Choose the Asset Template from the dropdown menu, or click Create Asset Template from the dropdown menu to build a new Asset Template. See below for more information on available asset templates.
- To select unique templates for each Asset Type, select "No," when prompted. In the table below, click the checkbox for each Asset Type you wish to download, and select a template for that Asset Type.
- Step 3: Asset Naming
- By default, the Asset Naming Convention is defined by the Asset Template chosen in Step 2. However, a user can select a predefined Naming Convention from the dropdown menu or create a Custom Naming Convention for the assets included in the Download.
- Step 4: Download Email
- Marketplace Downloads are delivered via email. By default, the email address associated with your Syndigo username will be populated. You may edit or add email addresses as needed.
- Users may elect to include an optional message which will be shared with all email recipients
- Click Send Download.
Marketplace Asset Download Templates
In addition to any custom asset templates, Marketplace users may select from the following templates:
- Ecom Images - Includes the front facing image, Nutritional Fact Panel, and Ingredients in JPEG format, 300 DPI
- Ecom Images - Includes the front facing image, Nutritional Fact Panel, and Ingredients in JPEG format, 72 DPI
- SM assets - Includes all 6 Space Management mages, JPEG format, 72 DPI
- SM assets - Includes all 6 Space Management images, JPEG format, 300 DPI
- SM assets - Includes all 6 Space Management images, TGA format, 300 DPI
- SM assets - Includes all 6 Space Management images, TGA format, 72 DPI
- SM-Back - Back image only, TGA format, 72dpi
- SM-Bottom - Bottom image only, TGA format, 72dpi
- SM-Front - Front image only, TGA format, 72dpi
- SM-Left - Left image only, TGA format, 72dpi
- SM-Righ t- Right image only, TGA format, 72dpi
- SM-Top - Top image only, TGA format, 72dpi
