Ace Hardware Introduces the Product Sync Program

Ace Hardware Corporation (“Ace”) partnered with 1WorldSync to synchronize product information via the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN). The GDSN data received from brand owners/manufacturers/suppliers will enable Ace Hardware to provide higher quality product information for your items, and help shoppers make the right purchase decisions.

The 1WorldSync Community platform offers you many ways to learn how to successfully synchronize your product content with Ace. You can look at existing content for knowledge share, learn about upcoming training opportunities, ask questions to your peers and our support teams, and receive important updates.

Vendor Participation Document Completion
All new and existing Ace Hardware Corporation vendors participating in the Ace Hardware Product Sync program must complete the Ace Vendor Participation Agreement to participate in this program. If you have been selected by an Ace Hardware store to upload your products, you should have received an email from 1WorldSync. If you have not received an agreement or have general questions, contact businessdevelopment@1worldsync.com. You can learn more about this in the Ace Hardware Implementation Guide.

It is important to know that there are categories of products that are restricted for listing online, at this time. Be sure to review the ACE Hardware Restricted Items before proceeding with submitting content.

The Ace Hardware Quick Sheets will help you with the more detailed process to complete the steps to synchronize. These are available for Ace suppliers who use 1WorldSync as their data pool provider and for those that use other data pools.
