Add Marketplace Content to Product Index

Move a product from Marketplace into Product Index.

Moving a Marketplace content into the Product Index requires credit. The content can be brought in as a one-time input, similar to a snapshot of the data in that moment. Alternatively, the data can be brought in so it is constantly updated with any changes by Syndigo.  

Add Product Content to the Product Index 

1. From the lefthand navigation panel, navigate to Marketplace. 
2. Click the checkboxes beside the products you wish to bring into the Product Index. 
3. Click Add to Product Index.
4. In the pop-up window that appears, view available credits (if not unlimited) near the top of the window under New Products. Any products previously brought to the Product Index will appear in the Purchased Products section.
5. Select to subscribe Yes or No to each product. 
   • Subscribe Yes: get automatic updates on these products (done nightly). 
   • Subscribe No: The product content will stay unchanged as it is when brought into the Product Index. It will not be updated but is a snapshot of the product.  
6. Click Continue. 
7. View the products in the Product Index tab of Syndigo, as well in the Purchased Products tab in the Marketplace tab.
