The following video explains the differences between the Syndigo Marketplace and the Product Index, as well as how content from each is syndicated to recipients.
The primary difference between the Marketplace and Products Tab is that all Marketplace items go through some sort of processing by Syndigo- either for Syndigo Verified Content or Foodservice Content.
Meanwhile the Products Tab is content that you have added to a product yourself. You may have Marketplace content in the Products tab, but you would still choose to add that data to the product. Products Tab items also require manual editing and publication in order to be sent to retailers.
