When you are shipping your products for foodservice, please ensure you ship full cases as you would to a recipient.
If the products are perishable:
- Ship perishable items on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure products are received by the end of the week. If an item is received on Saturday, there is a chance that it will be left in the shipment dock and will not be able to be processed until we return to the office on Monday.
- If the products are not being shipped on a refrigerated or frozen truck, and it's necessary to keep products cold, package all products in a larger box with dry ice.
- Make sure none of the case information or labeling will be damaged or obscured.
- Write “PERISHABLE” on the outside of each box containing perishables.
Process once shipment is received:
- Item is received by the Syndigo Team and inventoried.
- The Primary contact will receive an email when this is completed.
- Products are photographed.
- The images are edited.
- The items will then move to our verification team, who will pull the item information from the product packaging and code it to be ingested in the Marketplace.
- Quality Assurance will make sure that all data is accurate and matches expectations.
- The items will then be posted to Marketplace.
All of this should occur within 10 to 15 business days after the shipment has arrived to our photography studio.
Please Note:
These items will not be returned to you unless otherwise indicated on the Request Form.
Please ensure that they are shipped in sturdy boxes to maintain product and packaging for imaging.
