Access Syndigo Verified content and preview product images.
When product content is verified by Syndigo, it is auto-published to the Syndigo Marketplace. For accounts with access to the Syndigo Marketplace, the Syndigo-created content can be previewed and downloaded in the Marketplace.
Access to the Syndigo Marketplace requires a specific service level and each Marketplace account is customized by the Syndigo Client Services team to provide access to specific Categories, Brands, or Products.
Once logged into the platform, in the lefthand navigation panel click the Marketplace tab. The Marketplace Index will load.
You can take several actions in your accounts Marketplace.
You can adjust the language of the Platform as needed.
You can manage your columns to change the information displayed for Marketplace Products. For information on customizing your Marketplace Index view, visit the Manage Columns article. You can also filter items based on filter criteria. Refer to the Filter Best Practices article.
Then, you may see a Recipient Type dropdown menu, which will allow you to view products that are labeled for specific recipient types. There will also be a product state dropdown menu so you can easily switch between Active products and On Hold Products.
Users can toggle between the Grid View and List View by clicking the corresponding icons, seen below. Each view provides the ability to search and filter through the products that are available for export. You can also download content from the Marketplace using the export button or add content to your products tab.
You may have a My Products tab and a Marketplace Products tab. The My Products tab will show products that your company has submitted to be verified. The Marketplace Products tab will show you any products your company has permission to see. There may be no difference in products available in both tabs. The layout of both tabs is the same.
Preview Marketplace Products
- In the lefthand navigation panel, hover over the ... icon and click Marketplace.
- Click the name of the product you wish to view. The Product Details page will appear with all available content for that product.
- Navigate to the digital assets of the product. Click the asset to open a larger view of the image. Zoom in and out as you wish.
Unique Identifier Lists
Unique Identifier lists allow you to create custom organizational product lists in the Marketplace. Read more in the Unique Identifier Lists article.
Templates
Templates are used to download product assets from the Marketplace. In order to receive product asset downloads, you must set up a template. More information on Templates can be found here.
Marketplace Recipients
The Marketplace Recipients tab will allow users who are working with Syndigo Verified Content to see the status of the items with the grocery panel retailers. Learn more in the Marketplace Recipients article.
