IM Very Slow

Why is IM so slow today?  Also, no matter what saves or validates the spinning circle in the center of my screen won't disappear.  I can't get any work done because it literally takes 10 minutes or more to do maintenance to a single item.

Issues with IM

Is IM down or having issues? I can log in but I am unable to pull up items.  Dashboard comes up but doesn't show recent transactions.  It is showing that little spinning wheel thingy..... Please advise. Thanks.
