Hello.  A team member and I are both experiencing an issue in item management where are changes are not saving and the item we worked on is not showing in the worklist. Is 1WorldSync experiencing system issues at this time?

Allergen Specification

Please advise if we should be using USDA or FDA for the Allergen Specification Agency. Also need to know if the Allergen Specification name should be Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protect Act or "Big 9" for consumable products.

Images visible in Item Management but not Product Introduction

00070800180431 has been published to Kroger. The DAM images are visible in Item Management, but not Product Introduction. How do I get them to syndicate to Krogers Product Introduction?
