Hello and thank you for those details. I took a look and as you can see below, they sent a CIC999 which simply means it is a custom CIC message from your trading partner. Unfortunately, I am not sure what they are looking for with that message so I recommend you reach out to them and ask them what else is needed as their message does not provide you with much detail.
