Sterilization Code List

We have been told that code "radiation" is not part of the current GDSN release 3.1.31 for sterilization; however, it's still active on the latest 1WS IM Data Dictionary and in DSD.

It's very difficult to find documentations related to a specific release (IMPD, release Notes, XML schema, ...)Is there any plan to improve the usability of this site?Where can I find all documents related to IM 8.31?
