New users to platforms

I need to set up two new users into IM/PI platforms.  They are under a separate GLN than my admin account so I don't know how to have them gain access.

Hello, can you provide me the GLN  to which the users need to be added so I can look around and offer a solution?  It could go a few different ways so I need to take a look.

Do you know Adhole@ghirardelli.com or cclark@ghirardelli.com?  I see they are admins for that GLN.  They could add you as an admin or could approve the folks you need to add.  If they need 1WS to do it, they can send an email to accessmanagement@1worldsync.com from one of those two email addresses with details for who needs to be added.
