Items rejected in VIP

The Category ASP rejected items with comment: Please Set Up As A Shipper. / Vendor to resubmit.

We submitted Case GTIN 10608863918684 and Each GTIN 00608863918687

These new items are a “one size fits all.”

We create the UPC and input 10 in front to generate the GTIN.

The item is 1 size only and submitted into VIP as follow:

Case GTIN 10608863918684 (20pcs pack)

Each GTIN 00608863918687 (5 inners)

Not sure how this should be set up.

Hello @Billing_SRK

We have not had the opportunity to speak yet, but I wanted to reach out and answer your question.

Under the Indicators in the CASE level GTIN you will see an attribute labeled 'Display Type'

You will select 'Shipper' from the drop-down menu. See screenshot below:

Once you have completed - Validate your GTIN - Save & Return - and Submit.

I am trying to create 3 new items for Krogers. However, I am getting IMF rejections for all three stating that the Case and Each GTIN cannot be the same.  In 1WorldSync, I show that these three new items have all different GTINs from each other and the eaches also have a different GTIN from cases GTIN.

What can I do to get these three new items to get approval IMF?

Hello @kcraft. This is showing to Kroger as a New item to the system and that they already have these GTINs in the system. If you are just needing to Submit these GTINs again without generating a NEW IMF please follow the steps in the following link.

Or if a NEW IMF is needed you can change the selection under Kroger Item Submission Reason Code to the appropriate choice.

The buyer is looking for a new IMF#.

I have processed in 1WorldSync to change the reason code "division request" vs "new item".  I had to process this request four different times in order to get each region in there.  I made these changes on Thai Saute Sizzling item only.  I am hoping that is works, if so, I will do the same changes to the other two sizzling items.
