I can see that you have already added and linked the items and you would also need to list them before you can see them under the ready to list status. If you have any questions about how to list the item hierarchy you built here is a training video explaining the process Training Module 8: Listing Items.
Once you have it listed the item would normally come up under ready to list but if it does not you can use the GTIN quick search on the top right to look for the item. If you have questions about the top-off part where you have to add the data on the hierarchy page here is a good starting point that details the entire process Training Module 9: Hierarchy Data Attributes 9.1.
