Errors with Product Images - Items Keep Being Rejected by Kroger VIP

Our broker is trying to submit an item in Kroger VIP. However, they keep getting the following error code in reference to the digital assets uploaded:

GLN: 0076950000001

Display GTIN: 00076950207080 (EA components 00076950207066, 00076950207035, 00076950207073)

I have changed the Image Orientation Type Code to blank and Image Background to white for these 4 GTINs. I don't understand what is wrong with these images or what I need to do to correct them. Thank you in advance for any help to get this solved.

Thank you for reaching out and providing additional information.

All EA (00076950207066, 00076950207035, 00076950207073) need to have their images updated to reflect the correct orientation. I verified all images for the Each components and all currently have the Image Orientation Type Code = Centre. 

Please see the attached screenshot of 00076950207035 that has Image Facing = ā€œFrontā€:

I've attached the broken-down validation error below and highlighted the attribute that is currently triggering it.

KRDAM16328 One Digital Asset or External File Link with

Type of Information = ā€œProduct Imageā€, Image Source = ā€œ1WorldSyncā€, ā€œSyndigoā€ or ā€œKwikeeā€

Image Facing = ā€œFrontā€

Image Orientation Type Code = ā€œNo Plunge Angleā€ or left blank

Image Background populated 

You currently have the Image Orientation Type Code as "Centre" and it is not one of the options currently accepted. Please modify it to ā€œNo Plunge Angleā€ or you can leave it blank. Please let me know if that helped. Thank you!

Thank you, Julie. That is what we did but we might have missed a step. We just made sure the Image Orientation Type Code is now blank. Do you see the changes as well?

Please make sure to update the Image Orientation Type Code for all images to ā€œNo Plunge Angleā€ or leave it blank. Please let me know if you're still receiving the validation error after the update. Thank you!

Success! We were only updating the Orientation Type Code in 1WS but not in Kroger VIP. We mistakenly thought the changes will cascade down. For future reference, should we ONLY update the Orientation Type Code for the images in Kroger VIP changing to Blank instead of Centre and leave the Digital Asset Data Attribute, Image Orientation Type Code: Centre unchanged in 1WS?

Hi @Charmaine thanks for the update. Updates updated in Item Management once saved will be sent to Kroger VIP, this process can take time though, particularly when updating image information. We normally recommend that after waiting 24 hours if you do not see the update let us know so we can look into it. Doing as done here also creates no issues, so extra steps in updating both but can save time.
