Success! We were only updating the Orientation Type Code in 1WS but not in Kroger VIP. We mistakenly thought the changes will cascade down. For future reference, should we ONLY update the Orientation Type Code for the images in Kroger VIP changing to...

All the images were updated for these 4 GTINs: Display GTIN: 00076950207080 (EA components 00076950207066, 00076950207035, 00076950207073), however, the broker got the same message.

Thank you, Julie. That is what we did but we might have missed a step. We just made sure the Image Orientation Type Code is now blank. Do you see the changes as well?
