Items entered into Item Managment not showing up in Product Introduction

Hi! I have 5 skus that are succesfully entered into IM but not showing up in Krogers Product Introduction so I can finish validating the items and get my IMF # from Kroger. Can you please help? These items are under Frothy Monkey Roasting Company: Midshift single serve, Brute single serve, 12S single serve, Howler 12oz whole bean coffee, and 32oz Cold Brew Concentrate.

Hello, 

Welcome to the Community. Attached below is our Kroger Training Tutorial that contains numerous videos that will walk you through step by step "How to Publish" from Item Management to the recipient Kroger. Once published from Item Management they will then populate into Product Introduction for initial Top-Off within 24 hours.

Hi! I already published these items in IM days ago and they are not showing up in Product Introduction. That is my issue.

Hello can you provide us an example publication level GTIN so we can take a closer look with you?

You have some issues that are noticeable from your worklist. You can see the problems here and can quickly address them.

Thanks jcharles. So if I view those errors in my worklist in Item Managment, then I resubmit, and wait 15min-24hrs to see those show up in Product Introduction? Then it is in Krogers hands to "approve"?

Yes, you will fix the items on the Item Management and republish them to Kroger. Kroger has made sure to create tools that will help you to complete the work in their portal. The link below will show you the spreadsheet loader and how to use it.
