Resolution: The "Hierarchy Level Product Type" field in Product Introduction(PI) for Kroger is tied to the "Dispatch Unit Indicator" field. A value for this attribute cannot be selected and saved in PI if the "Dispatch Unit Indicator" field is set to "False" on that level of the hierarchy.
For GDSN items, the Dispatch Unit Indicator needs to be updated in your company's Data Pool. For Non-GDSN items, it needs to be updated in Product Introduction directly.
