I published an item to the Kroger API Certification Queue. I am missing a few things and it was rejected, so I went back to edit it. But, I cannot seem to get the Kroger Playlist to display.
How do I get the Playlist to show? I feel like I have tried everything.

It seems like the item you were on did not fully load for you when the screenshot was taken. On the Playlists row, in the search field as shown below, you can start typing "Kroger" (it is not case sensitive) and click on the suggested result:
