Sysco Attributes in 1WS Not Synching With Their Supplier Suite

Good morning!

Our team who takes care of various customer portals are telling me that many of the items that I maintain in 1WS are not synching with Sysco Supplier Suite.

Is there anything I would need to do on my end so that all our items end up in their portal?

Hi @nancyVigo. Looking through your WorkList I see Synchronized or Received responses only coming back from Sysco Corporation. Do you have an example GTIN that is not making it over to them?

Hi @nancyVigo. I opened a ticket a just emailed you from that ticket. In the ticket I provided CIN message IDs for both of the example GTINs. All information for these looks good on our side and we got confirmation messages back that these were received by Sysco Corporation. I would recommend working with Sysco to have them check with their data pool to see if they are able to find the CIN messages on their side.
