The purpose of this document is to map each Lowe's attribute to a 1WorldSync Item Management (IM) attribute for easy cross-reference for the IM user. This document is intended for 1WorldSync IM users only and should be used in conjunction with 1WorldSync IM Participant Dictionary as other documents we have to help you synchronize with Lowe’s successfully.
And much more…
Note: This document contains specific worksheets for each of the IM User Interface (GUI) tabs which contain attributes that need to be populated. Make a special note of the mandatory and dependent attributes pointed out in the bold red text.
For ease of use, this Excel workbook has been sectioned by IM GUI tab attributes. There is a corresponding yellow worksheet listing all attributes that can be found in a specific IM GUI tab location. The two red worksheets represent the header and link attributes. Please note the GUI screenshots at the end of each listing of attributes in each tab.
IM Online User Interface (GUI) Users - Tips for using this workbook with the IM GUI:
Each user should review ALL attributes and Lowe's validations to determine if the attributes are required for a specific product line. For example: if a product is available in multiple colors, the corresponding color attributes must be populated even though they are not listed as Mandatory. Or if a product is a Special-Order Item, the corresponding Special-Order attributes must be populated.
Lowes subscribes to supplier data by published level GTIN number. Once Lowe's subscribes to your data and it is successfully received by the Lowe's system, Lowe's will validate the data for all mandatory attributes and return either a Received, Review or Synchronized CIC. Review CICs should be accessed for specific instructions as to what data is missing. After passing all Lowe's validations and your data is finally integrated into their system, a Synchronized CIC will be sent.
