Resolved! Item export

Previously  when I exported my items the columns that were not populated would automatically be hidden.  This is not happening anymore and I can't figure out what has changed.  What am I missing?

Is there a delay in publications

I have completed a publication to Kroger this morning before 9 AM, and it is still not populated in VIP.  The publication still shows pending synchronization and is not reflecting sent to retailer.  Is there a delay in publications?

Slow Processing

Resolved! When to publish?

When do you publish an item?  I have entered 9 "each" products and linked them to 9 "case" objects.  I need to enter "pallets" and link those as well. I am unclear on when to publish the items I have created.
