Validation error
I published two items for in-store signage for Kroger and in the worklist it states validation error. I validated the items prior to publishing. How do I determine what the issue is so I can resolve it?

Cloning an existing Item
We issue 12 Digit UPC's for Case and Each, for Lowes we need GTIN's with an Hierarchy. Can I take our existing Item in 1WS and Clone it, then update the UPC/EAN to the Case GTIN?

Can I change item info after I have registered but not published an item?
Publications are not getting to Kroger's VIP, is there an issue?
We are M2M with 1WS and Kroger. GTIN 00016000220508 was published to Kroger, and is not in VIP. I have had this issue before and I was told that a CIN number hasn't generated. Do you have any timeline on when this publication will reach VIP?
