Hello, @marisolburt and thank you for your update and those helpful details.  I took a look for you and see you are utilizing Image Shadowing.  Shadowing includes a process where our tools go out and pull the images via the URLs you provide and once complete, we will generate a CIN message to Kroger.  This appears to not be completed yet for this item so that is why you do not see a CIN in the Item History Report or Worklist quite yet.

Looking at GTIN 10021908133154 under Manage Publications I see you have a future Date for Publication Date, when there is a future date the CIn will not attempt to generate until that dates hits, if you'd like the publications to go out sooner for GTIN 10021908133154 please resubmit the publish operation with todays date.
