Slow Processing

Good Afternoon,

 

Is there a backog in IM processing.  We have been waiting for responses back to DSD for some transactions I still do not see in the worklist in IM as processed.

Hello, our DSD team took a look and saw something that was hung up and just updated it and asked if you can try again and let us know.
