New items not showing up

Good morning,

I just entered a few new items in IM, and when i enter them into the search bar, it states no record found. Can you please tell me why my item is not showing up?

Howdy @A_Flower I just tried searching for GTIN 00030800298000 again and it came up for me.  It looks like there was a delay in t eh exchange between backend tables.  I am sorry you encountered that.

Hello.  I am taking a look for you as I was able to replicate what you are seeing,  As a temporary work around, you can access the item if you search for it in the Worklist and click the GTIN link:

I suspect there may be a small backlog and we are looking into it.

 

I'm actually trying to link the unit, and it won't let me do that. When I try to start entering the GTIN, my each isn't even showing up.
