Kroger API error

When trying to publish GTIN 0018300651556 to Kroger, I get the following error:

3082 : To publish to the Kroger API, apply the “Kroger” playlist to every level of your hierarchy. Once applied, ensure attribution adheres to the Kroger Style via (https://1worldsync.com/kroger-style-guide)

There are 17 different GTIN's in this hierarchy.  Is it possible to get any more detail?  At least a GTIN to look at?

Hello @TaraDeJong and thank you for utilising our customer community.

You would need to use the Recipient Responses (CIC) report to see which item Kroger wants you to add the Marketing Message for. That item is the display and it will need to be between 300 to 400 characters.

This did not help, there is no granularity to the message so we still do not know which GTIN and which field are causing the error

The error message you received for item 00018300651556 indicates that the Marketing Message must be between 300 and 400 characters.

 To resolve this issue, please verify the Marketing Messages for all Consumer Units and make any necessary corrections.

 

Once all Consumer Units have the Marketing Message updated according to Kroger's instructions, you will need to republish the hierarchy for it to be reviewed again.
