I cannot figure out to how fix the error below.
Unit Gross Weight = 0.14lb
Case Gross Weight = 1.81
TiHi = 64x7
Case count = 12 retail packs per case
If all of following three attributes are provided, then gross weight of a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit (NonGTINLogisticsUnitInformation/grossWeight) must be greater than 96 % of Trade Item’s Gross Weight (tradeItemMeasurements/tradeItemWeight/grossWeight) multiplied by the Quantity Of Trade Items Per Pallet (quantityOfTradeItemsPerPallet).

Hello @NatalieCashiola. Welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please help us with the GTIN/ Item ID for us to be able to troubleshoot the issue with you? There is for example an additional attribute in IM for Packaging Weight which, if added, needs to be taken into account separately when calculating the gross weight. The Ti and Hi would not be relevant for the validation error, only the Total Count and the weights themselves, please.
Thank you.

Thank you for the item information. From a weights point of view, this is validating successfully for us. There are however other Warnings on the Case if this must be published to Topco, please:
If you are still receiving the Gross Weight error, please let us know which retailer you are attempting to publish to. Thank you.

Thank you for the update, @NatalieCashiola.
On the Case level of the hierarchy, please correct all errors and warnings that come up first:
Next please Save the item and attempt the publication again. Please let us know if the issue persists and we would be delighted to assist further. Thank you.

I am still getting the same error after making those 2 corrections.

I found the error. I was listing the case weight instead of the total weight of the pallet.
