HOW TO CORRECT AN ERROR

Hello, I am having trouble with the following error (2798 WARNING Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity (numberOfItemsPerPallet) must be provided.) I updated the logistics without GTIN and the item was saved successfully but when I posted the article for self-services the error continues.

Can someone help me?

Hello @Yunuen123 and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  Welcome.  Based on this error, I am assuming you have a non-pallet configuration like a Case/Each and populated the correct non-pallet TI/HI attributes.  

Please take a look at this article and discussion and see if this helps.  Please let me know if you have any other questions and if so, please provide your example GTINs so we can take a closer look.
