Potential Exit from 1WS

Hey Community,

My company has been seeking other options for data pool organizations as they are wanting to make a transition else where. The only question I would have if they decide to go this route is how will I be able to Sync all my data over to the new platform that we may potentially choose. I know that I would probably get in touch with my 1WS admin but just wanted to see if I could get answers as we haven't decided to make any decision quite yet. 

Can you help clarify the steps that we would need to take if this is to move forward and us exit 1WS?

Hello @masonboedeker and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  I am sorry to read you are considering leaving and hope we can help you decide to stay.  I will send your note to your 1WS account manager.  

If you decide with your account manager when they submit the request your content is purged from our systems and the Global Registry which will break sync for those items until you get them added again with a new data pool.
