Recipient Playlist

Hey Community,

I just had a quick question in regards to a recipients playlist. 

Can a recipient add their required playlist to the 1WS platform once they have subscribed to a suppliers GLN for receiving data? 

The reason I ask is that I have a recipient that didn't have a playlist assigned for me to choose in the drop down and when trying to publish I am having to utilize the worklist to find the errors to correct and just wanted to see if it would be easier to have the Recipient add their playlist so that I can see once I save and validate a product if there are any errors.

Hello @masonboedeker, thank you for reaching out through the Community!

If currently there is no playlist that you can use for a specific recipient we would recommend reaching out to them and asking for one. They would need to put in a request with us that they would like a playlist to be created and we would be more than happy to do so. 

Another thing that I would recommend is verifying if there are other playlists that we offer where the requirements are similar to the recipient you are working with and using that as a reference. Please let me know if any further assistance is needed, thank you!
