Publishing a New Item For Kroger

I'm having problems trying to publish our new 16 items. I did it on Monday morning and today I see that they were not published. So, I published them to Kroger again today but on my home page it is showing that those 16 items were not published. How can that be? I didn't receive any error messages or anything. I don't know what I did wrong.

I reviewed your account with GLN 0851691005009 and did not find any items published to Kroger, only to Albertsons.

Could you provide the GLN you are using to publish and share screenshots so we can assist you more effectively?
