Why is Fred Meyer telling me that my case pack qty is 1ea. Is my hierarchy set up in correctly? If so what else could be incorrect?
For the case my qty next level is 6 and for the each my quantity next level is 1

When reviewing your hierarchy it does display that the hierarchy is set up to read 1 "Case" consists of 6 "Each". However, it does show on our end the "Case" level has not been listed but, the "Each" level has been submitted to the recipient without the "Case" which is why it reads "1" on their end. Please pull back the "Each" alone and "List" then "Submit" the "Case" > "Each" hierarchy.
