Why are my case and each showing up as 1in QTY

I have entered a case (10851034008978) and an each (00851034008971) in Kroger. They are both saying the QTY is 1 on both of them.

Also how can I link just the case and each, if they are already linked to a display?

Hello @Lindam-63 .  I apologize for the delay.  I see the response to you yesterday did not post so here it is again.  

The items you mentioned have a quantity of 1 because item 00851034008971 has been linked to item 10851034008978 with a quantity of 1.  If you want to change this value, you will need to unlink the items and then link them again with the correct quantity.  

As for each item being linked to the case, it will not cause any issues because the display you are referring to was created in Item Management, not Product Introduction.
