Hello @Cheryl1 and thank you for taking the time to reach out today!
You would need to create a Case, then link that to 4 Inners and then link the 6 Eaches inside (4 different models, but 6 in total) the Inner with their corresponding linked quantity. The Quantity of Next Items on the Case is 4, on the Inner is 6 and when linking every Each to the inner, you can choose how many of those items - either 1 or 2 and link them that way please.
When linking items in Product Introduction you always link 2 items at a time only. This means that you can add how many items of that type are inside the next higher level. Here is an example:
Please replace that middle contains box with 1 or 2, depending on how many Eaches of each model you have in the Inner.
I hope this makes sense. Thank you!

Hello @Cheryl and thank you for the follow-up. Glad to help further.
The following steps apply for non-GDSN items only. For GDSN items, they need to be linked and published to Kroger (and any other retailer) from your Data Pool: GS1 Canada.
To link any items in Product Introduction, please go to Products - Entered Items and then select the 2 items you would like to link together at the same time (please bear in mind this is a hypothetical example and the items need to first be added, I am just showing you the steps here, you should not link one Each inside another Each at any point):
Next please choose Link items from the Select Action dropdown and click on Take Action:
Then, in the pop-up window, please update the "contains" box to however many of the item in the box below are contained in the item in the box above:
Then please click on Save and you have linked your items. You can follow the same steps to link the Case and the Inner together and then every one of your 4 Eaches to the Inner, each with its different quantity, either 1 or 2.
We also have all the linking steps explained in our Kroger Manual here: Kroger VIP - Reference Manual for Non-GDSN Information Providers chapter 3.3.1.2. Linking Parent Items to Child Items
Whenever possible though, our recommendation is to always set up your items as GDSN instead of non-GDSN and link and publish them from your Data Pool and only afterwards add the reamining attributes (top-off) in Product Introduction.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with for this request and we would be delighted to.
