Vendor to Resubmit Error

Hello.  I have several items that have come back from Kroger with the error "Vendor to Resubmit".  I republish them but then get the same error back.  What does this mean and how do I correct it?  Thanks.

Hello,

The error you are receiving involves submitting the item too many times within a timeframe. The Kroger Supplier Engagement advised us to have our suppliers wait up to 48 hours before trying to submit again. I would recommend waiting at least 24 hours and see if it becomes accepted.
