Kroger VIP Error response - 1WorldSync Image Shadowing

Ask: Please advise how to resolve? 

Appears 1WorldSync URL is being sent but Kroger is validating to the Sazerac URL sent.

CIC999: Item Returned for Review: VENDOR TO RESUBMIT | There is an issue with one or more image provided. 00088004043803 (1WS/FRONT/WHITE) The Image URL you provided https//images.sazerac.com/25bc7c79-d7fc-4541-a12b-4087e8366081.jpg, is not a valid 1WorldSync URL.

  1. We use the 1WorldSync Shadowing solution.
  2. The images do not show on the hierarchy page. 
  3. The Images do show on the GTIN pages.

 1WS Image shadowing provided.

Hi Eric,

I can certainly get to investigating this for you! Can we assume you have not have any previous issues with your images? Can you pinpoint when this began for you?

I will open a service desk ticket for this so we can track out trouble shooting steps.

Hello and thanks for reaching out.  Can you take a look at this article I posted that ensure you followed these steps for these images to ensure shadowing is working?

Specifically, this note:  For Shadowing to work correctly, Image Source CANNOT be populated as it must be blank.  In IM, the customer should leave "Image Source" blank and only populate Image Facing and Image Background as that is correct for Image Shadowing to work.

Correct there have been no previous issues with this 1WS service or with Kroger.

This was brought to my attention on Jan 24,2023.

I have verified both our 1WS DSD PIM & IM image metadata which all appears to be accurate.

Hello, @EricGinsburgSaz we tried updating the date to resend the shadow URL which did automatically send it back to Kroger but I am sure they will kick it back with t eh same error as the URL did not change.  I created this ticket for you as it will require a deeper dive by our tech support: CXPS-853
