submitting a new item

Star Fisheries is trying to submit a new item.  The platform we use to publish to 1World Sync is Syndigo.  Syndigo is telling me that our GLN is registered to their old datapool provider and that is why my item is "stuck" and won't publish to 1World Sync.  They said Kroger needs to re-subscribe our GLN to Syndigo.

I have contacted 1WorldSync and they told me that Kroger has an open subscription and that who our datapool provider is should not matter.

I need to get this item submitted.  Can anyone help?  Below is the message from Syndigo.

Yes, before your GLN is registered with FSEnet's GLN as your datapool provider, since we migrated to Syndigo, your GLN is now registered to Syndigo's GLN. That might be the cause why the publication is not flowing through the recipient.
I don't see an existing subscription in our backend system now. The subscription that they've issued before might be when your GLN is still registered with FSEnet.

Hello, Andrea.  I am sorry that you are encountering these issues.  Kroger subscribes by open Target Market subscription, not by GLN.  This means, Kroger subscribes to anyone who publishes items with a Target Market of "U.S."  Because of this, your GLN does not come into play from a subscription standpoint.  You can provide me a publication level GTIN and I can take a look for you or you can open a ticket with our Service Desk for assistance.  You will also want to make sure your data pool provider can provide you proof that the CIN message was created on their end when you published to Kroger.
