Hi, I have the attached CIC error message for a trading partner who also uses VIP platform. What does it mean and any idea on how I resolve it?
And another trade partner wants us to supply added info to them via SYNDIGO? Does this mean we need to sign up for their Syndigo system and update data on that as well?
Your vendor information will be added to our contact database once you reply. Vendor adds in Syndigo for new item requests go over Mon, Wed, & Fri. You can start publishing to us at any time as we have already submitted a subscription request for your GLN.
