Shipper/Display Setup

Good evening,

I am really confused with this setup. The buyer said I set these up incorrectly because they are set up as "cases, no shippers," and requested I correct them. The items is supposed to be a count of 35 items in a floor display bin on a pallet. Is the "display" portion incorrect? I based it off the same promo item I set up last year. Thanks for any guidance.

Kroger is requesting that you select 'Shipper' for your Displays in Kroger VIP.

Please log into Kroger VIP, update the Display Type to 'Shipper,' then VALIDATE, SAVE, and SUBMIT.
