Moving new item from Production to Item management

I am trying to move a new display item (GTIN 00850052957186) from Production to Item Maintenance so that I can submit the new item to Fred Meyer. How do I do that?

Attached below are our Kroger Training Tutorials. When publishing to Kroger the item should first be created in Item Management with the playlist "Most Popular", "Basic Item Setup" & "All Populated". Once the item validates successfully you will then ensure the item is linked correctly and lastly, publish the item to The Kroger Company GLN. Once published from Item Management the item should populate within Product Introduction within 24 hours.
