I submitted a shipper IMF and it is being rejected due to a data integrity error because the consumer GTIN is showing as the case GTIN under Key information. It shows correctly under key contains information. Can you please let me know why this is happening?

Hi @OSS, thank you for the details and swift response.
The GTINs for the Display and Each show up fine in our systems and match their hierarchy level. The Data Carrier Type Code information on both of them is also added correctly.
GTIN 20850008873151 (the Display) is not currently set up as a Shipper. Should this be set up as a Shipper for Kroger, please? For more details about designating a shipper for Kroger, we have an article here: Kroger VIP - Designating a Shipper in VIP.
In a nutshell, for the Display to show up as a Shipper, the Trade Item is a Display Unit attribute needs to be set to Unspecified and the Has Display Ready Packaging? to True. If, on the other hand, it is not supposed to be a Shipper, please ignore the link above and these attributes.
Except for the attributes above, we did not notice anything else potentially wrong with the item setup.
We also noticed that the Each is linked to Case 10850008873154 in a separate hierarchy, but this should not impact how the Display - Each hierarchy show up for them.

Hi @Val_P , thank you for this information. GTIN 20850008873151 should be a shipper and I took the steps to correct setup as suggested and resubmitted. Unfortunately, the IMF was rejected again with the same rejection message - PLEASE CORRECT & RESUBMIT. CONSUMER GTIN CANNOT BEGIN WITH 20.
