Removing the Final Packing not available placeholder

I had to use the placeholder of Product final packaging not available yet.  We now have images but I cannot get that off of there and of course Kroger wont accept two images with Front.  Even though the placeholder doesn't have front selected...How do I delete this.

  • KRDAM16329 One Digital Asset or External File Link with Type of Information = “Product Image”, Image Source = “1WorldSync”, “Gladson”, “Kwikee” or “SMSB”, Image Facing = “Front”, and Image Background populated is required OR one External File Link with Type of Information = “Product Image” and Image Source = “Product Final Packaging Not Available Yet” is required. However, you cannot provide both. For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Digital Assets

I believe so....I had also emailed their digital department and may have unloaded my frustration on them (oops) and they said I was correct that they don't use our images therefore there should be no reviews that have to do with images.  They were going to discuss it with a few departments.  Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I reviewed and not see any obvious choices under your account, would you share the hierarchy affected?

Thank you,

When you clear the fields, the image should be ignored by PI. Can you clear all info in those placeholders and try to submit the hierarchy?

They are already blank.  All that is there is the type of information and end date which flow from IM.  And you can't blank out the type of information in IM.  I added the end date of yesterday thinking it would then disappear but it doesn't.

Jenn,

I can see the item is now in complete status? Have we successfully resolved this issue?

Thank you!
