Is there any chance my images are being renamed somehow?  I have a recipient telling me that some of my naming conventions are incorrect.  We name them all the same.  But on their end they are showing up different.  Why or how would that happen??

What causes a GTIN to not show?  If I search for the PAL GTIN, the each shows only.  When you click on the each, then it will open up and you can see the pallet.  We did have a review issue when we first published, but that has been corrected...altho...
