Good morning and thank you for utilizing our online community. You would want to use whichever Region you are setting this item up for Kroger. The regions are specific to their different banners depending on the region you supply in.
When you add the Region you wish to extend to, it will expand and you can view the locations under that region. I would guess you will know which regions you are selling to and can go from there.
