Images being rejected

Good morning,

I am trying to submit a new item to Kroger, but it keeps getting pushed back to me. I don't know what I need to fix in order for the error to go away. The item validates. It says, "There is an issue with one or more image provided. (TBD/FRONT/WHITE) Fill in all required fields. Retry the request." What am I missing? Attaching a screenshot of the comments. Thank you!

Welcome back to the 1WS Community!

Upon reviewing your GTIN, it appears that you are choosing attributes that are not necessary. Given your selection of 'Product Final Packaging Not Available Yet,' Image Facing, Image Orientation Type Code, and Image Background are unnecessary. I have highlighted the attributes that should be left blank.

Please rectify, save, and resubmit.
