Hello, AMingea, thanks for continuing the use of the community.
The message states that Kroger has this item as class 448 but its being submitted with class 450, to update the class follow the instructions below:
Edit the Case:
Scroll down to Classification Specific Attributes and select View/Modify Attributes:
Select Family Tree:
From here you can update the Class and save, Validate, Save & Return, then Submit.
