Hierarchy

Hi, I created items in Krogers Platform but my partern is unable to see them because there is no hierarchy.  Could you please help me to create a link between de case and each?

Hello @psutter, 

Welcome to the 1WS Kroger Community!

Upon inspecting your GLN in Kroger VIP, I've noticed that two new hierarchies were created on 3/26 and are presently in the 'Ready to List' status.

Ensure you have LINKED and LISTED your GTINs, and they will be visible in the 'Ready to List' section.
