Error Message That Will Not Update in VIP

Good afternoon team!

I have been trying to update an item in VIP, but it's still showing the error message even after saving it.  I made sure that the information was correct in 1WS as well.

The Gtin is 20071072003354.  I am also including a screen shot of the error message.

Good morning, @nancyVigo. Can we get clarification on when they say they do not want it submitted again, are they referring to not having it submitted again are they saying that a new IMF is not created and going through the approval process again? To get content from Vendor Item Portal to Kroger it would have to be submitted, they would not just see an update on the item.

Good afternoon @nancyVigo. You would want to make sure that the Kroger Sales Event section is blank. Then you should be all good to submit.

Hello @nancyVigo good to speak with you again. This error message is from back in May, looking at the Workflow History I do not see any recent submission attempts. The error that I see that would need to be corrected before being able to submit is Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Basis and Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price Basis UOM must either all be provided or all be left blank, on the Hierarchy Data Page.

@JustinW, good morning! Kroger sent an email to our salesman asking for certain items to be updated so that their scorecard goes from 98.7% to 100%.

They do not want any of these items to be submitted, just updated.

Is there a way to update and save the information without the items being submitted?

@JustinW, good afternoon! 

I just spoke to a Kroger rep who confirmed your advice regarding submitting the items in order to update attributes.

She did say that, before submitting them, I have to leave the Submission Code blank.

I wanted to double-check with you before hitting the submit button since I do not want to create any IMFs at this time.
