Good morning team!

Please, see screen shot attached showing an error message from U.S. Foodservice that I have not seen before and can't seem to find how to address it.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo, it's good chatting with you again. We checked the items provided, and GRN is the UOM for Grain, and under your nutritional information in the EA, at the Insoluable Fibre, you have the unit of measure as Grain, and that is not a value that US Foods has in their list. Please change the UOM for Insoluable Fibre, update the effective date on the CA and EA to today to send a Change by Refresh message, and save the items.

@George_C, thank you so much for letting me know how to fix this issue!

I had to add the "All Populated" and "Advanced View" to be able to find it, but I did and it is updated!

Have a great afternoon! 🙂
